MTDC Grape Park Nashik Review: Villa Premium Suite AC, Food & Facilities (2026)
MTDC Grape Park Nashik is the best property of MTDC, and I say this after visiting quite a few of them. Recently, I visited Grape Park in Nashik — and hands down, the facilities, rooms, and amenities here genuinely outshine other MTDC properties like Koyna or Malshej Ghat.

We spent two nights here this June, and honestly, we had the best experience. It is a huge property, and everything about it feels generous — lush greenery, the dam right there in view, open skies, a swimming pool, an indoor play area, huge green gardens and lawns, and a beautiful, luxurious villa. What more can one ask for?
How to Book Your Stay at MTDC Grape Park Nashik
You can book MTDC Grape Park through the official MTDC website — we booked the Villa Premium Suite AC for our two-night stay in June 2026. The best part: we booked the property just a week in advance and could still get the villa rooms. In fact, the property wasn’t very occupied — just a handful of guests around — which made the whole experience feel personal.
MTDC Grape Park Nashik Room Types & Prices
Grape Park features six room categories to pick from, and the price varies as you move up:
- Villa Premium Room AC — approx. ₹3,500 per night
- Thomson Twin Bed — approx. ₹3,800 per night
- Crimson — approx. ₹4,200 per night
- Shiraz — approx. ₹4,600 per night
- Chardonnay Heritage — approx. ₹4,800 per night
- Villa Premium Suite AC — approx. ₹6,300 per night
(Taxes are extra on all of these, and rates change with season, so treat this as a ballpark and confirm on the MTDC website before booking.)
We picked the Villa Premium Suite AC, and if you’re travelling as a family of four, I’d say it’s worth the extra spend over the standard rooms — more on why below.

Rooms: Our Villa Premium Suite AC Experience
The villa rooms here are huge, spacious, and aesthetically done up — genuinely one of the nicer-looking MTDC villas I’ve stayed in. Here’s my honest take: the upkeep didn’t quite match the aesthetics. For a room in this price bracket, I expected the maintenance to be a notch better.
That said, one thing completely won me over — the jacuzzi in the bathroom. At this price, that is an absolute steal deal, and it instantly elevated the whole stay for me. Here’s a full property and room tour to help you decide.
Food Review
Food took a fair amount of time to prepare, so patience helps here. Once it arrived, though, it was decent. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was an average spread — not much variety on offer. The usual poha, missal, bread butter, and jam bread with tea and coffee.
Swimming Pool & Dam View
The swimming pool was clean, which is always a big plus when you’re travelling with kids who are water babies. What made it even better was the view from the pool — you get a lovely, unobstructed view of the Gangapur Dam. This, for me, was one of the real highlights of the stay. It was grounding to just sit around the pool and look at the vast expanse of the dam, watching the sunset.

Kids’ Play Area & Outdoor Space
If you’re travelling with kids, Grape Park genuinely delivers. There’s ample open space for them to run around, and the outdoor play area and garden are both well laid out and well maintained. Between the lawns, the garden, and the indoor play area, this property keeps kids busy for hours — ours certainly didn’t want to leave.

Facilities & Amenities
Here’s a quick round-up of what the property offers:
- Swimming pool with a dam-facing view
- Indoor play area
- Outdoor play area and children’s garden
- Huge lawns and landscaped gardens
- Six room categories, from Thomson Twin Bed to the Villa Premium Suite AC with jacuzzi bathroom
- In-house restaurant
- Room service
- Boat Club nearby, for boating on the Gangapur Dam
